• Quote requests: name, ZIP code, phone, email, project type, city and timing that you submit.
• Contractor waitlist: company name, email, city and trade.
• Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How We Use It

Quote request details are used to connect you with up to three local contractors, who may contact you about your project. Waitlist emails are used only to send permit lists and related service updates.

Permit Records

Permit data shown on this site comes from public city datasets. We show addresses and work descriptions only and remove owner names and phone numbers.

Retention and Your Choices

We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above. To access, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe, email hello@homepermitguide.com.
